Osmium is element 76, the densest metal in nature. Yet it carries an ephemeral trait: at room temperature it emanates a scent, an odor of ozone, of air charged with electricity after a storm. The name itself carries it inscribed: osmē, from the Greek "to emit an odor."This element mirrors our practice. We capture abstract concepts, listen to ideas and visions that still have no body, and translate them into dense, living, multisensory environments.
